i didn't know thatbut still, Ruthless (Ruud) is the only Ruthless to me
not because he plays the same genre but because he plays a unique way and with high quality mixing skills

Well this was a Freestyle set, so it's likely that this DJ Ruthless plays more than just Jumpstyle? Freestyle always makes me think of hip-hop and Oldschool, so this is probably what the dude does mostly? I take back my comment insulting him

First of all, I had my first gig in 1995, not 2003 of course, but who cares ;-)
And I first heard there was someone else using this name in 2003 or something, after I had already released quite a few tracks (In 2000 was my first release).
I don't mind anyone using the same name in different genres, but if you start playing freestyle/jump/hardstyle sets, and the same tracks that I play, and even tracks that I produced, it gets a little too weird and confusing.
If it were the other way around, I would have got myself a new name a long time ago.
This is not good for him, not good for me, and confusing for you.
