his is a collection of the tracks this year that have been making my willy go in a straight line in discos around the world. Obviously it's not a complete collection and i have forgotten loads of stuff so please don't think of me in anyway callous or indifferent to other big tracks of the year.
I have stuck to dubstep for this but there is of course so much good stuff from other areas. Things like Jack Beat - Revolution and Frictions remix of Badman Riddim.
I think it's been a fucking heavy year for underground dance music of all genres, particularly dubstep. It's been a pleasure to drop stuff by people like Bare Noize, Skrillex, Flux Pavilion, Chasing Shadows to name a few and probably my favourite new producers of the year, Pixel Fist.
Big things for 2011 from everyone. If you keep making um, i'll keep mixing them badly while shouting, necking whiskey, jumping about and taking my clothes off. Happy fucking days.
