Why can't we non-Italians make a topic?

Plus the fact that my other topic brought up the problems from a binlangual site, which we must face, for LSDB is multilingual as well!

BTW you can make a Dutch topic but not an anti-Italian topic.

My topic was not anti-Italian. It was just a topic to show our feelings for the Italians, including their cars, history and food! And because some jerks ruined it, it got deleted? Their posts should have been deleted, not the entire topic!
