Obviously we can't call it Hardcore, cause that category is already taken, and I've seen the style been called UK Happy Hardcore lots of times, so i think it would fit as a category.
We could also keep all those sets in "Happy Hardcore", I'm tagging my sets in that style as HH then UKHC. But Happy Hardcore is way different, for examples of Happy Hardcore (not that i think anyone needs those but still) the "Bounzz" cd series.
