Radio shows / Gearbox vs The Magic Show

Hey Guyz,

We have 2 members from LSDB who have a very great show

I want to know from all you which show is better

Desudo's & Crysonic's "Gearbox"
or
Tita's "Magic Show"

equal.

but I prefer Gearbox over TMS, as Gearbox has more themed nights, which is pretty interesting to find out about new and local talents from labels, countries and so on.

to be honest im not that big of a hardstyle fan but have downloaded sets from both shows and must say i have enjoyed more of the gearbox 1s as some of them have influneces from hardtrance (so do some of the magic show i know) which is my fav style
and think gearbox has had bigger guests and guests more to my taste for exsample Kidd Kaos he is 1 of the hottest talents in this country at the min and desudo got which i thought was a big achevment for phil and his show. In all i think Tita's has european feel were as desudo just feels bit more like home if that makes sence lol


PS no disrespect to Tita respect for what your doin and dont stop doin it man

Gearbox is the better show plain and simple....!

Other show is good but not as good.

Bigger names don't mean shit. Shows like Gearbox aims for talented producers and djs, not big stars who just come to promote their tracks (the "dutch crowd formula" )

No it's not about the host, it's about people getting great sets and not predictable ones.

but It's not that I call TMS useless. It's a good show and it does have nice djs once a while.

yea i agree but its still nice to see a name on the line up you know well atleast 1 knowin name so people will atleast tune in for that name and be surprised by the rest of the sets so just put the big name on after the smaller guys so we will listen trew there sets to get to the 1 we have tuned into hear and may or may not enjoy the rest but personaly i wud not tune in if i have never heard of any of the DJs but then again i dont know that many up and comin HS djs thats why i like to see a name i know so i atleast know what kindda style the night was goin to be

I may be a bit biased, but Gearbox is much more to my liking. Not that there haven't been some good sets from The Magic Show.

I think that's the beauty of Gearbox.
I know these guys pretty well (Desudo/Crysonic) and I know for sure they totally know who they are inviting.
When someone plays in gearbox, they are not playing without a reason.
And no it's absolutely no problem if theres a known name in the show, but it shouldn't take over the show like there is only "that name" to listen to.

If you wanna see some more famousd names then tune in into TMS
but
If you wanna see some talented DJ's and themes for every show tune in into GB

I say I like the 2 shows, both are reeally great

I know all the 3 guys pretty well, i talked a lot with all them
I was helping Tita & Phil to come to Hardshockers and now they are on one of the biggest radio station for HS

I just say 1 word: RESPECT

true enought m8 but i think a big name in each show wud bring more listers they shud not be the focus of the night the theme shud be the main focus as it is in gearbox which i think why its so popular cause you are not tunning in for a name but a theme
but i still think atleast 1 established producer/DJ who has something to do with the theme shud play just so people know what to exspect

yea.. that's true. too many unknown names can show the opposite result. it needs a balance
