No not at all. You basically pick a team of players and when they play in the premiership at the weekend you get so many points for them scoring, assisting, playing well, keeping clean sheets and so on.

Have a a gander at the rules and stuff, its pretty intricate system full of weekly transfers and substitutions. it will take some getting used to but is good fun
