General discussion / Anyone here was on DetroitTechnoTemple (the Forums/Audiogalaxy/Soulseek) group(s)?

Well back in the good'ol hardtechno and schranz days (early 00's) I was part of a forum named DetroitTechnoTemple, which was simply put a place to share hardtechno EPs and sets.

You could easily get almost every set the very next morning (sometimes even earlier hehe) in all the big events and clubs in Europe. You name it: I Love Techno, SonneMondeSterne, Haffentunnel, Fuse, Cocoon, and so many and many more.

Back then my nick was M0M0, and sadly, I lost most of my 180GB collection with crappy CDs and a pair of dead HDDs... [when I think it was mostly downloaded with a 56kb modem and a 256kb DSL conn... lol]

Since I recently found this site, I can't stop thinking it's possible many of the uploaders and contributors there could be found here.

I guess this is just an old guy's rant trying to remember those good'ol times.

So, anyone out there?

Sorry if I repost but I can't find the edit button :a:

Yes, my nickname comes from "Mumps - Mechanisms E". Tribal Hardtechno was my favourite back then (Umek of course, Bailey, Luke Slater, Rue East, Paul Mac, Christian Smith, etc etc etc)

//EDIT: haha now I found the edit button. F**îng hover buttons. Sorry!
