How do you deal with it? (especially in the night)
What kind of sound/noise...?

u can't deal with it, u can try to prevent it with earplugs though

i also had this then i went to the doctor and he'll do kinda massage

I have it in my right ear, due to riding motorbikes without proper ear protection.
Makes it hard in crowded places to follow conversations with that side.

I have a mild case of tinnitus, especially annoying at night etcetera when it is all quiet, i do not notice it much during the day.

Wearing -25 dB earplugs for years now and it has not gotten worse, i would recommend -15 or -25 to anyone who values their hearing, the investment is worth every cent of it.

I have a very very very minor beep in my ears and I only notice it when I go to bed alone and even then, only when I remember that I am supposed to hear one. Just to prevent this from getting worse, I bought earplugs. And now, I even use 'm when I go out etc.

In addition to my previous post. If you ever were to get any earprotection, I must strongly advice you to NOT order them from 'Schonenberg'. I ordered Exinores four weeks before an event, but due to some fuck ups by Schonenberg, I still do not have them.

Yeah because one costumer doesn't get them on time means the whole company and range of products is shit

If it takes five weeks before you earprotection arrives and then just 'falls out of your ears', then I must say that spending 150 euro's on them is not a briliant deal.
