yes u can... the thing is.. Splittblast is a netlabel

"Splitterblast is the first Czech Extreme Electronic Music Netlabel founded in August 2007 by Kurwastyle Project. When the first Czech Speedcore Community (czechspeedcore.com) closed, in Autumn 2006 Kurwastyle Project decided to make his own website specialized to Extreme Speedcore & Noise music downloads.
Splitterblast - Extreme Core Community was a few months later changed to Netlabel.
After a few released compilations & EP's by various artists over the world, the label got more than 40 members, and the the site becamed popular in the scene.
But quantity doesn't mean quality so some members were later deleted.
In Autumn 2009 Loffciamcore joined the label as co-owner & cover designer and the both of owners decided to look more at quality of released material.
Currently the label is specialized to: Speedcore, Splittercore & Terror music.

a track belongs to his creator and/or his label. when decide to give away for free a track, it's for the people or dj's to use it as free promotion.

that's why, for example, Drokz ( http://soundcloud.com/drokz ), he gives away for free his track (even with great WAV quality). but if you have a label and you want to add track to your CD/compilation/mixing to sell in stores/web, then you have to contract Drokz, he has all rights over the track. 8-)
