Party discussion / LSDB Party

Today I had this crazy idea, now I want to put this idea into reality!

The thing is I'm gona host my own party here in Belgium in like +- (2-3- months). This cost alot (security, dj's, drink/food, crew, dj installation). Now the thing is I pay this on my own (no sponsors). Now the thing I was thinking.

LSDB has a very nice community of nice young and old (girls/boys). We all have the same passion (MUSIC). Now what I am doing at this moment and some guy's @ LSDB also. Are learning to spin (DJ). Now the thing I want to do is host a big party @ Holland.

I already have a location in mind. I went there once and I found it the nicest place Ive ever been to. The thing is this party will cost allot and believe me I know .

- DJ's and mc's
- DJ-gear
- crew
- food/drinks
- security
- location
- rights to host a party
- flyers
- radio commercials/site (trailer, info [LSDB site ] )
- media crew

The key for us is. We can find sponsors . And the location that I have in mind has DJ Gear, crew, security sow that we have then already .

Sow what we need is DJ's (easy we are the dj's ) Only LSDB members can spin!
Crew if we aren't spinning we can help a hand with the drinks/food.
Security if things get out of hand (you never know )
Rights to host a party you need this because otherwise we can get in trouble (after the party)
flyers (I can do this)
radio commercials (we can put this intro our sets)
site (host I can arrange but I would use this one, info/ I can make the site (design/code) a friend of mine can do this ).
media crew (to take foto's and maybe a aftermovie)

The bad part about it we will pay the cost . But we will have the time of our lives .

PS: Sow my question to all you guy's out there . Are we gonna host this freaking party or what? . Location must be in Holland!

its my dream to make dj at an event but i dont think its possible

How many security you need ?? And how big is this location of yours ?

but not everybody that uploads sets here can play on that party you know

are you sure it will work? theres more to think of! lights? banners? recording gear! or maybe mix live onto a radio? fear fm or hardstyle.pl etc!
also many people does the venue hold?
and price of tickets so you'll make some money back!

If we all give some money. Our party can be a blast. And again I don't want (favo, named dj's). We pay it sow it's our party .

LSDB = free entrance but this also means that you work @ the crew stand + you can give yourself up as DJ or MC.

Pshh, im there when:
1. It isn't in Belgium
2. It's not to far from where i live
3. Cool people come.
