i know alot of vst's but for percussion.. i figure you can pull alot out of Drumazone ??

some lead/pad vst's also contain percussion banks.. try Nexus for example

the best way is either go sample based with lets say Native Instruments Battery or Kontakt, Battery is better for percussion. Or use a proper 909 Emulating VST.. I don't know your needs or whishes so i can't tell you what to do. For Breakbeats you can try and work with RX2 (Recycle) files. You can import them straight without a sampler in cubase but i say load them in with Battery or so. Also you can use Recycle to fix/edit/make RX2 files..  :) Also u can use Native Instruments Kontakt if u go a bit more advanced, and put some nice percussion in a piano roll. If u need any samples gimme a call..  :)
