"I have wanted to do an acidcore mix for a while, there’s the odd bits trickling out. I think my interest started with a Biochop C record. Then things went digital for me and Tripped’s track Acid Stacy caught my interest again, which is the first track on the mix, and available on Motormouth Records. It’s not entirely an acidcore mix but has an overall mellow feeling, I threw some new releases in the middle to flesh it out. The Dutch label Obs.cur deserves a mention, it’s still releasing vinyl only and there’s 4 tracks from that label on there."
