"My music doesn’t come from dance – I don’t dance and never did it – although I understand there are diverse ways to interpret it. I’ve heard that some people dance to my music and this is great thing. I’m happy with that and, of course, appreciate it.
When I make music, I try to do things that I don’t like or am uncomfortable with – it lets me learn and expand what I believe in. The aim is to find a wide range.
This compilation is some of my favorite vinyls put together – things I have been influenced by. Don’t expect a DJ mix or club stuff. I hope you just relax and enjoy life with this."
