here's your problem with mixing:
Your beat matching is really good
but when you try to get the first beat of the track you are trying to mix in to the outro of the track you are mixing out, your skill at catching the beat needs to improve. it is the problem.
+ being able to fix it mid mix i.e. a little flik faster so it speeds up to catch the beat.
