Probably not. That tune (Droppped) seems to be just using the sample. I would say Delta 9 has just taken the sample from a prevoius Drop Bass Network release. Which one, artist, or track, I could not say offhand.

It's just an opinion about the location of the set and what I think the track might be or come from. Most likely I might be right both times. If I find out about the track or location I'll notify.

Maybe did not explain myself properly. You hear ' .... Drop Bass Network in the house' but there is no beats etc in the background here. In the Delta 9 tune there is not one part you hear the sample and there is not something going on in the backgorund e.g. beats etc. So it would leave you to believe it is a sample from a previous DBN release. Maybe an intro to a tune or just a short track or whatever.
