Nice music, but most of all: interesting, short interview right here. David said something important about the commercial side of Techno music. Here, in Poland, most of the young people think that Hands-up or Dance artists represent Techno music, that's of course straight bullshit. Well, like my friend once said (he is into Hands-up much, but he knows the variety of styles), if we played some whatever-style-of-Techno track to these people, they wouldn't be able to recognize what's happening to them.
Both aspects (music & chat) result a +.

I mean the situation of Polish all-non commercial electronic dance music listeners is pretty hard, because of this Hands-up / Dance listening kids (who think that's Techno) who give bad example to the people, and then all of the good music listeners (us) are bashed for listening what they love by all of the other people.
But I think our situation is getting better, lots of good abroad events have their editions here. And in the last sentence in previous post I said I like to speak with people who know exactly which style they like listening to

Quite the same story in belgium, if I listen to some hardcore or even industrial, people tell me to fuck off with my crap music, someone once told me to stop playing my "jumpstyle" when I actually was playing Void Settler - Nightfall Deceit (Rude Awakening Remix) which is far from jumpstyle, every harddance style here is considered to be jumpstyle because of the hype few years ago, all those kids who don't know any better than commercial electro/house should shut their mouths next time they try make a huge impression with just making fun of some other style.
Een venter.
