Haven't you noticed that happens a lot in hardstyle sets nowadays? They play a remix of a track once and you never hear it again. The same thing happened at MoH 2017 with Delete and Regain - They played a psy-influenced version of Reptilians and I've not heard it since.

That is "mashed-up" part with next track "D-Sturb - Be A Bitch", so it's probably a "this set only version" as michaelhughes said.
