:D did you have a microphone connected while recording this set?

You can here some 1 say "or perish" then starts to whistle the tune to Zany - Evolution. :D

Some of your mixes are good but some are bad. Neutral vote

You need to be quicker to react when the beats are of, so you can fix it and make the mix good

Haha, aye I did have the microphone plugged in and I'm shamed to say it is me you hear singing along.

I've only been mixing for about 4 months but I'm getting to a point where I reckon I could put together a really good set. This one was completely unplanned and is possibly missing one big tune near the end.

What did you think of the set list? Possiblky a bit too much of the old stuff. Song number one was originally gonna be phillipe rochard - survivors of hardstyle, regret changing my mind now.

Cheers for the comment though

Cheers, I was going for something a little darker than I usually would. They don't make hardstyle like they used to, my productions aren't really of a good enough standard but hopefully soon I'll be adding some of my own tracks.

Here's a wee tip for ya coz your saying that you don't plan tracklists.

Pick out a tracklist, it doesnt matter what & do that mix about 6 or 7 times.

Then listen to the difference between the first time you mixed the tracklist & the last, you'll see a big difference, the 7th attempt will probably be the best mixed 1.

Try it out and see if theres an improvement.

That's what I usually do. I was just messing about the other night and thought I'd record it to see how I was improving. Just don't like playing a good set and not having a recording of it. I'm planning an italian/dutch huge reverse bass kinda mix the now. Any suggestions as to new tunes out the now? Tuneboy - re-generate it will almost certainly be making an appearance in my next one.
