Haha, I don't know what the general view is but that's just my opinion
The general view is .. the bigger the name, the more reasons to mention the area 
In general the area is not mentioned ..but often there is a secondary name connected to the event ..which is sometimes worth mentioning.
In this case it would be; Pandemonium 2019 – 15 Year Anniversary
