Coherent incoherence
Thanks for the tracklist.

1. The first track is one of the tracks we couldn't find for the 'De l'un univers à l'autre' mix by Joshua. We need external help here (haha).
3. Dr Strange vs Night Stalker – Future Vision [ Night School 03] - 2001 -> the track is also featured in Joshua's mix Spleen (2001)
4. Armageddon Project - Chaotik [HDF009] - 2000 -> i played some of their tracks countless times till the 3rd release (i think), the formula was milked out.

One part of me likes/understands/supports the fact that Joshua really did have a consistent staple of records playing in sets in that time period.
Many more dj's work this way.
Some tracks he always keeps together or orders in a similar build up, or, viewed like building blocks, you have some similar tempo blocks or similar atmosphere blocks, ... .
For instance he starts his set 2-3 times with the first track as heard here. Sure he must have had a following with that consistent track selection, people knew what to expect from him. Having a solid style and some things that always work out well, culminating in, what raised his bar in his 'De l'un univers à l'autre', which does have a good diversity and is solid.

Another part of me, seeing he plays this kind of set until 2003 (Live At Terminal Export (Nancy, France), maybe further, one would hope he didn't got out of ammo/out of fashion for not having another card up his sleeve. I can not know precisely because i see he did an Epiteth Records mix in 2001 so maybe he did play different sets altogether at different places.

That said, if it wasn't for his Spleen mix which i found almost instantly after it's release via via, i wouldn't have known or heard from producers like Dr Strange, Enthrall, Moleculez, ... at all at that time. The dj did what he can do best: he succeeded in letting me hear new tracks and artists and caught my interest for more discoveries.

Back to listening modus.
