"Wow... just last night I was going through all my mixtapes & 1 tape fell off my hands & it was this mix of DJ Funk. Only to find out he passed away this morning. That blew me away... for those that came to our KCP parties know how we used to drop some of them dope DJ Funk jointz on Chicago'z Dance Mania Records. May you R.I.P. my brother.
Today we lost 2 House Music legendz, DJ Funk of course, & Roy Ayers. May you both be enjoying the bliss of Heaven.
