Meer info
another set from The Prophet on New Dance Radio ~ date unknown, 2 parts in rar.
Both parts are early hardcore, but especially the first part starts with some early hardstyle. Unfortunately the cassette tape is old and dusty which created some extra noise. Will try to make a better recording later..

Very interesting mix, don't know many of the tracks, I'm sorry. I think this set is proof that 1998 was a big transition for Hardcore. Thanks for the upload! =D

I do not know for sure that the year is 1998, but your right about the fact that this mix is showing an important transition period for Hardcore.

This tracklisting is very similar to what the Dutch DJs were playing in 1998, much slower then previous years. The first few tracks are from the Rotterdam Tekno label and Underground Construction, both became popular in 1998-1999. Also The Prophet quit DJing in 1996, but after the success of his Masochist tracks he came back. Also Braincrackin' was made in 1998. I'm pretty sure this is a set from 1998.
