In the first place: Yes he is a professional if he earns money with making music. Since his records are released on labels and he is asked frequently to perform on festivals (like DefQon1) you can call him a professional.
Second of all his tracks aren't just supported by small labels, with releases on Theracords and support by several of the biggest DJ's in the scene you can call him definitely a succesful upcoming artist, altho this hasn't anything to do with being a professional or not.
