Don't make obvious second accounts, other than the fact your comments from them are silly and over-exaggerated, set editors and mods can see if people are using more than one account on the same IP. If you want more plusses get your mates to join the site.
There's a lot of Hardstyle sets uploaded here on a daily basis, your tracklist has many tracks that are played by a lot of other recognized djs on the site, so there is no motive for people to download your set instead of said djs' sets, unless you have something to separate yourself from them. Try to vary your tracklists by playing older or underplayed tracks. Another good way to give people motive to listen to your mix is listen to their sets and give them technical feedback, they will return the favour. As your mixing improves, more people will listen and you'll get loyal listeners.
Also consider changing your alias, if people think it's silly they won't take you seriously.
