Buzz Fuzz wrote the track, its possible he played it on white label for several months before the official release. It used to bug me how he played it in 1994, but the release date on Discogs makes sense. I remember Buzz Fuzz - King Of The Beatz taking a long time to come out on vinyl after being on Hardcore Rules The World.
