While I could have made a mix of songs that made me want to become a musician, it seemed like a better idea to make one of songs that keep that feeling alive in me. These are tracks that I listen to while watching the sun mutate on its descent behind distant cirrus clouds, the day’s slow closing played out in the colors of autumn, streaked with trails from departing jets and shuttles. This is what I listen to while waiting at a red light in the city, my eyes tracing the sporadic flight paths of moths under the street lights. These are some of the songs that keep me inspired, and always will.

Styles: Idm / Glitch / Dark Idm / Breakcore / Experimental.

It's generally IDM with a bit of ambiant, dub and breakcore; so "?" in first style (for IDM).

breakcore heeft wel degelijk te maken met 'Hardcore/Speedscore/darkcore enzo'... alleen in combinatie met zoveel andere stijlen, zoals bij deze mix, is dit nog nauwelijks te horen. Breakcore gaat imo vaak samen met dnb/grindcore/jungle/raggacore/idm..

Zitten regelmatig elementen van hardcore in breakcore maar dat hoeft niet. Verder past het zeker niet in hetzelfde rijtje nee :)

Nujabes maakt naast zn hiphopwerk jazz-achtige stukken, zou dat geen ambient of idm noemen :D

EDIT: Hardcorerepublic heeft gelijk overigens, breakcore gaat vaak samen met jungle en alles dat daarvan afgeleid is.

naja zat sowieso geen breakcore in deze set dacht ik, of toch heel weinig elementen daarom heb ik 3de tag veranderd naar industrial

Industrail is toch heel wat anders... Is toch Peaky Pounder (wat ik ooit eens per ongeluk heb gedownload :p ). Daar lijkt dit helemaal niet op.
