I'm having trouble decyphering your messages. If you meant: my opinion is that nobody of IST is an industrial artist, you're obviously misreading this (likely on purpose or out of undereducation in the fine arts of the english language).

If you want some artists signed to IST that have little to nothing to do with industrial:

You got the issue that every style with "drums" or a bit "heavier" (lowroller, i:gor, igneon system,...) is named as industrial by you

N-Vitral, Broken Rules, The relic, Cubic nomad, armageddon project, etc... That's industrial...
