Thursday the 23rd of June

20.00 - Sa.Vee.Oh
21.00 - Maximumraver
22.00 - Pred
23.00 - X-Pander & The Arrivals

Gearbox is delighted to invite Sa.Vee.Oh to start this excellent episode of Gearbox. This seasoned veteran of Italy has really burst onto the scene in 2011, releasing massive tracks like his remix of Automatic Audio Overload and the utterly superb Electro Bass which has been getting major support from every major DJ in hard trance since its release. This first hour will blow your minds as you take a tour of Sa.Vee.Oh's beautiful, dark and deep pounding hard trance that is instantly recognisable to his name.

Maximumraver, as may of you will know, is a highly talented dj who can spin pretty much any style you ask of him. Maximum has made a set special to the theme of Gearbox which touches on a few different genres as he speeds through the bpms in this action packed set with some massive tracks that will give you eargasms.

Gearbox favourite, X-Pander invites another artist to share his hour on gearbox. This month is the turn of The Arrivals. Prepare yourselves for a solid finish to the show as these two excellent young producers showcase all their latest material.

The hugely popular Pred will end this very special episode of Gearbox with a rich a tasty set full of the best new releases in hard trance right now. Pred is an Australian producer/DJ with bucketloads of potential. Expect to see a lot more of him as he makes his mark on the European hard dance scene

Unfortunately my computer is still broken so I will, yet again, be unable to make a set for the show.

I hope everyone enjoys this episode of the show though. Please show your support by liking the Facebook page, also, if you could invite your friends to join by posting the page on your homepage, I would be hugely appreciative of it.

Gearbox Owns The Night

Thursday 7th of July

20.00 - Chris Dynasty
21.00 - Fausto
22.00 - Delete
23.00 - Icey and Chris P

Chris Dynasty is one of the leading hard dance and techno producers within Australia. It is evident from his productions that techno percussion, trance melodies & a dark gloomy undertone are the focal point of Chris’s sound, however he is capable of producing both genres individually, as well as fusing the two, to a high standard. Having his first release ‘Inner Space’ in 2008, as Grizzzly and Dynasty, the releases flowed thick and fast and received massive DJ support from some of the leading names of the scene.

As a DJ, Chris has received notoriety for his high energy Tribal/Funky techno and Hard Trance sets. Mixing up some of the most cutting edge releases with some of his own productions as well. With residencies held for PHD and 3D, as well as his home town, and countless gigs down under having supported some of the worlds best dj’s, Chris is setting 2011 as a year to take his sound worldwide.

With a discography of twenty releases, that include notable productions and remixes on labels such as Subcult, PHD, Digitally Infected, Virus Audio to name but a few, Chris is no stranger to the studio. His Tranztek imprint has had ten releases, from himself, Grizzzly and two releases from fellow Australian DJ Pred, all of which have amassed strong DJ support.

With all this in mind and a growing fan-base, the future looks promising for Chris, and you should certainly check him out!

Gearbox recently had the pleasure of hosting an IHDS internaional tour night which featured Fausto and Phil York. Since then Desudo and Fausto have kept in close contact and Fausto even offered Desudo and his good friend Nicco a guestmix of the week on his infamous crossover show. Gearbox is delighted to return the favour to Fausto as he entertains us for the aecond hour of the show.

Fausto is a man who needs no introduction as he has been in the game for over twenty years now and whereas some people would lose inspiration or enthusiasm, he is still pursuing to stay at the top position that he has earned over the past two decades. He is probably the only DJ who can claim to have played at every major festival in the Netherlands.

Fausto can also lay claim to a very impressive discography which includes tracks like such as such as Fausto vs BRK3 – XSV01 ( Reached the #1 spot @ the Hard Dance charts at www.beatport.com ) 'Fausto vs Phil York – Dire Staits' ( Reached the #3 spot @ the Hard Dance charts at www.beatport.com ), 'Fausto - Get Low', 'Fausto and Tommy Pulse - Melancholika', 'Fausto - Lupara' (which was also licensed by Marco V's In Charge label), 'Fausto - Raise Up' and 'Fausto and Tommy Pulse - Pirates'. Fausto's remixes have also been granted a class A status; remixing for the biggest names of harddance Fausto has built up an impressive discography which contains remix duties for a.o. Phil York , Organ Donors, Tommy Pulse and Warmduscher and many more !

Over the years the sound of DJ Fausto has become so immensely diverse, that you just can't really pigeonhole his style. A crossover between harddance, hardtrance, techno, trance and electro combined with his never fading charisma has become his personal trade mark. When Q-Dance invited Fausto to become the host of a weekly show on their radio channel, there was only one title that would fulfil the show's contents: Fausto's Crossover . Every episode is filled with the best and newest tunes played by Fausto and his sidekick Artento Divini and is aired every Thursday night around eightish. You can also subscribe yourself to the podcast channel through iTunes.

The future looks as bright as the past, maybe even brighter. Expanding his Excessive Records label, producing a brand new album, mixing new IHDS compilations, headlining some of the biggest events throughout the world. Hold on tight, its going to be another hell of a ride, bring it on.

Delete is the undeniable brilliant hardstyle DJ and producer from Australia who has been the major force with spoontech records since they arrived on the scene. His most recent release Formula has been well recorded by hardstyle lovers around the world. Gearbox are delighted to have him back on the show once again to keep us bouncing right till the end of the night.

Icey & Chris P have proved themselves as some of the most talented residents of Gearbox. There Dark hard original and variated sets bring something to the show that I can not get enough of. They will offer an injection of something brutal to the end the show with and leave you feeling like you've just been fucked off of an industrial powerdrill

Hope you all enjoy the show

Thursday the 14th of July

20.00 - Dean Myler
21.00 - DJ Thera
22.00 - Icey & Chris P
23.00 - Deluge Of Sound

Dean Myler has been making excellent tracks in the hard dance and techno scene recently as his productions continually burst into the trackitdown and beatport charts. His mixing skills however, have always been known to Gearbox, so we are very excited about Dean kicking off the show.

On the 23rd of July, Gearbox has invited DJ Thera and Geck-o to perform in Cake Inverness, in the run up to the gig, I requested that both DJ Thera and Geck-o make promotional mixes for the night. Geck-o treated us to another delightful mix and this time it is the turn of the owner of Theracords himself. Gearbox has followed and supported all of the Theracords artists from the very start of the label and I am delighted to finally present a mix from the man himself.

The winner of this years LSDB competition, Deluge of Sound, gives Gearbox that edge and variety of sound that the show has tried to maintain throughout its existence. This talented DJ will introduce the show to sounds which are previously unheard on Gearbox and judging by the reactions from his LSDB mixes, this will leave no-one disappointed.

Hope you all enjoy the show
